I'm guessing this means those who physically show up in the store, no matter whether they're a pull/non-pull list customer?

If you are on the pull list then there is a ring put aside for you, for non-pull-list people it's on a first come first serve basis.

Damn I wish I was still on the pull-list and in your damn state. My comic book shop isn't getting them at all. The only damn ring I wanted was the Indigo ring. Cheap bastard (my comic book shop dealer. He said they cost a certain amoutn per bag, so that is why he isn't getting them.) lol :-)
